2Mee CEO James Riley: “We Break Barriers to Build Emotional Connection and Market Products Responsibly”

Claim 100% up to $1,000 in Casino Bonuses on your first THREE deposits

Creating a more immersive experience is all part of iGaming and sports wagering operators’ broader ambitions. To achieve that, they need to deploy the right technological solutions. 2mee, a hologram messaging platform, is confident that operators stand to benefit by leveraging its unique approach to marketing, customer support, and interaction. Creating a bond between the business and customer translates into better engagement and retention, and 2mee could be an important future driver of these metrics for operators. In fact, it’s already happening.

Can you tell us about 2mee and what your platform does for iGaming operators specifically?

2mee has been developed to allow iGaming operators to facilitate face-to-face communication with their players. Our simple yet powerful platform lets them capture and transmit real people as messages, fostering an emotional connection. This human touch and the empathy it creates deliver unprecedented engagement.

This could be in the form of using a brand ambassador to record and send messages around a new promotion or game launch, or it could be a customer service agent touching base with an individual player to check that they are remaining in control of their play. The opportunities are endless.

Operators can also use it to strengthen their relationship with affiliate partners, and instead of pushing outdated banners on their sites and pages, launch hologram messages instead. We have recently run a campaign just like this with BetVictor, Skybet, and RacingTV, and the click-through rates have frankly been off the charts: Across multiple campaigns, there has been an average click-through rate (CTR) of 28%.

Have you seen positive response from consumers and businesses or are people still a little on edge about holograms?

The feedback from the iGaming operators that we work with has been overwhelmingly positive to date. And why wouldn’t it be – the campaigns they are launching via the 2mee platform are delivering unprecedented engagement and conversion rates. Human hologram messages are really about generating an emotional connection and using that connection to market products and experiences authentically and responsibly. This can be a challenge for iGaming operators, but one that 2mee helps them to overcome.

For example, we recently launched a campaign with Heart Bingo which used brand ambassador Olly Murs to deliver a series of hologram messages to players. This resulted in a 37% increase in click-through rates and a 27% increase in customer account long-ins.

Are there any technological challenges to implementing your solutions or are you at the point where you only need to continue fine-tuning?

The 2mee platform is proven and is extremely easy to integrate into existing workflows. It has been built in partnership with engineers at IBM and has a very simple and intuitive interface. To create a message, simply record the person delivering the communication via the smartphone in their pocket and from any setting. The 2mee algorithms recognize the human form and cut out surrounding clutter. The message can then be sent instantaneously to audience segments or on-demand, all controlled from our platform with detailed reporting and analysis in real-time.

In addition to hologram messages, the platform also sends ‘standard’ text and rich media messaging so if there is a wish to create a cost-saving there is no need to duel platform. It also integrates seamlessly with CRM systems and to any website or app via a simple SDK installation.

Do you fear the competition in this sector or you are confident the 2mee product will still blaze trails no matter who enters the space?

2mee has a deep DNA in creating messaging technologies that break down the current digital barriers and allow us all to communicate on a human level. Our ideals and our mission will not change, and we have a very exciting vision and roadmap that will only enhance how we engage empathetically. There are currently no competitors in the sectors we operate in, and our job is to ensure our patented technology stays ahead of the game.

Can you imagine holograms implemented in the customer journey besides customer support?

Human holograms can be used at all touchpoints across the customer journey, from acquisition to retention, to payments, customer support and safe gaming. Anywhere along the way that an operator might wish to communicate with the player, a human hologram message can be used to create an authentic connection and drive huge levels of empathy between brand and player. There really is no limit to how operators can use 2mee to unlock the power of hologram messages and face-to-face communication.

  • $1.34B Mega Millions Jackpot in Illinois Remains Unclaimed

$1.34B Mega Millions Jackpot in Illinois Remains Unclaimed

Claim 100% up to $1,000 in Casino Bonuses on your first THREE deposits

There is a slight chance that, if you bought a lottery ticket in Illinois a little over a month ago, you may have won the staggering $1.34-billion jackpot which was won in July but has still not been claimed. Of course, this would not be the first time a ticket winner has skipped claiming a jackpot.

Where Is the Jackpot Ticket, Lebowski?

The Mega Millions windfall, though, is eye-watering and anything less than claiming the sum would be a slap in the face of all hopefuls who wish to turn their lives around by landing a ground-moving pile of cash. The ticket, which had winning titles 13, 36, 45, 57, and 67, was bought at a gas station on Touhy Avenue in Des Plaines.

The good news? The potential winner has 365 days from the day of the draw to claim their prize, which leaves them plenty of time to act. But not making a move for such a big sum of money could be a signal for a sobering fact – it’s possible that whoever got the ticket… doesn’t.

Unclaimed lottery prizes run in the millions, if not billions, across the United States, but officials like to keep their cool and expect a winner to step forward regardless. Illinois Lottery director of communications Meghan Powers explained that it’s not unusual for such sums to take a bit longer before they are claimed.

For once, whoever claims this amount would need to be familiar with taxation and how to manage what is sizable wealth. The person would also have to decide if they want to cash out a payout of $453.1 million after paying both state and federal taxes or opt for the 30-year annuity which will come up to $777 million after tax.

Nothing Out of the Ordinary After All

Illinois doesn’t make it particularly hard to pick life-changing prize money, too. The Lottery has long found it better to grant winners anonymity (if they prefer to), so this is never a reason for concern among winners. But what will the new winner do if they ever step forward?

Chances are that they will opt for the lump sum and choose to remain anonymous after all. It’s understandable given the size of the prize that will make any nouveau riche’s eyes water. And as to non-claiming the prize? There is a slim chance that the person may have lost the ticket, but even if this is the case, the Illinois Lottery has ways of tracking down the ticket, purchase, and claimant.

  • Jackpocket Awarded Sixth $1m Lottery Prize in New York

Jackpocket Awarded Sixth $1m Lottery Prize in New York

Claim 100% up to $1,000 in Casino Bonuses on your first THREE deposits

Lottery ticket-selling app Jackpocket awarded another million lottery prize: a 26-year-old nursing student in Brooklyn won $1 million after purchasing $10 of Cash4Life lottery tickets.

She Could Not Believe Her Luck

The announcement made by Jackpocket marked the third-party lottery ticket-selling app’s sixth millionaire winner in New York. The nursing student won the $1,000 a week for life prize totaling a minimum of $1 million in the July 6 drawing after her Quick Picks matched the first 5 numbers drawn.

Playing for the first time Cash4Life, she neither realized that she had won nor checked automated emails from Jackpocket notifying her of her million winnings and could not believe her luck when she finally received the call.

Explaining how she freaked out when she got the call from Jackpocket and then checked her ticket on the app, the first thing she did straight away was to call her mom and tell her the news. The student’s mom could not believe her daughter’s luck either, advising her to make sure that the winning was not some type of scam.

“I feel like I’ve got a lot of luck in my life but winning this was a whole new world to me,” she said.

Spending the Money Wisely and Investing

The money will go towards clearing her education debt and the tuition tax for her last year of studies at the nursing school, she explained while sharing her plans to become a nurse practitioner at a local hospital and then transition to an anesthetist.

“It’s going to wipe my bill and slate clean,” she said, “and I can make this grow bigger than what I actually won if I invest it the right way,” she added contemplating ways to increase its value by investing for the future.

The 26-year-old student, who is one of six Jackpocket players in New York to win a seven-digit prize, also wants to use part of the money to help her family.

Including the six million winners, the innovative ticket-selling app has awarded in New York over 405,000 winners totaling over $65 million in prize money since the app’s launch in 2021, while over $175 million in lottery prizes have been distributed to more than 1.1 million winning lottery players on the app nationwide.

Earlier in August, Jackpocket published its second quarter 2022 financial results pointing to the strong uptake in its digital lottery projects across the 12 states the app is operational.

  • ‘Pumped’ For No. 1, Beaten Tsitsipas Now Must Wait His Turn

‘Pumped’ For No. 1, Beaten Tsitsipas Now Must Wait His Turn

Claim 100% up to $1,000 in Casino Bonuses on your first THREE deposits

As if a shock first-round exit at the US Open wasn’t painful enough, Stefanos Tsitsipas was also left ruing his lost shot at World No. 1 in the wake of his four-set defeat to Colombian qualifier Daniel Elahi Galan on Monday night.

The Greek was one of five players who had the opportunity at Flushing Meadows to hold the No. 1 Pepperstone ATP Ranking at the end of the tournament, but that dream is now gone.

“I was very motivated and pumped before the US Open started because I knew I could use this tournament to get closer to the No. 1 spot,” Tsitsipas said. “It would be very weird and very unusual if it didn’t cross my mind, because this is something I wanted since I was a kid and I know this is my chance now to step it up.

“It just didn’t go as planned. Sometimes you just need to let it go, you don’t need to overthink it, you don’t need to push yourself too hard but at the same time it’s difficult because there’s this open opportunity right in front of you, you don’t want to mess it up, you don’t want to waste it.

“My chances, I guess, are a bit smaller. The margin is not as thin as it used to be now after the US Open but I’m still going to try and add points to my ranking, as much as I can until the end of the year, I really want to perhaps finish in the Top 3… more opportunities ahead.”

    [ATP APP]

Tsitsipas’ loss leaves defending champion Daniil Medvedev, Rafael Nadal, Carlos Alcaraz and Casper Ruud as the four players who now have a chance to be ranked No. 1 after the Open.

Tsitsipas received treatment during the match on his upper right arm but said that Galan’s ultra-aggressive play – especially on the return – was the bigger factor in the 6-0, 6-1, 3-6, 7-5 defeat, during which he lost the first 11 games of the match.

“My arm was pretty tight, nothing was coming off my strokes. I felt like my serve was very slow today, but it was close to the 120s, so I wouldn’t necessarily say that it was. But he returned great, extremely well. I’m pretty sure it has to do with the altitude where he grew up for sure helps a lot with this kind of stuff.

“It crossed my mind when I started playing him that might be due to that. He did a great job, he dominated the game completely. I just couldn’t get into the match at all, it was as if I was half-dead.”

Tsitsipas, who has never reached the second week at the US Open, is No. 4 in the Pepperstone ATP Live Rankings, while Galan surges 14 places to No. 80.

“He played like a world-class player and I played like close to an amateur, not very nice to say that, but that’s what happened,” the two-time Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters champion said.

“I was very well prepared, I was playing very well in practice, had some really good matches against different kinds of players. I felt like the momentum was in my favour, I just might’ve felt a little tense going into the match. US Open, I never really had a good history here but I do like the tournament a lot. Just need to work on the negative thoughts a bit more and not let them affect me and not get in my head, because I’m better than that, I’m a much better player and athlete, but definitely not today.”

Kyrgios Ousts Close Friend Kokkinakis At US Open

Claim 100% up to $1,000 in Casino Bonuses on your first THREE deposits

When the US Open draw was released, one of the matches that stood out was a clash between Nick Kyrgios and close friend Thanasi Kokkinakis. Kyrgios made sure the blockbuster matchup did not turn into an epic battle.

The 23rd seed defeated Kokkinakis 6-3, 6-4, 7-6(4) to reach the second round at Flushing Meadows. He will play Frenchman Benjamin Bonzi for a place in the third round.

Kyrgios has shown the best form of his career in recent months, reaching the Wimbledon final, winning the Washington title and defeating World No. 1 Daniil Medvedev in Montreal. He maintained that form inside Arthur Ashe Stadium on Monday evening following Serena Williams’ match, triumphing after two hours and one minute.

    [ATP APP]

The seven-time ATP Tour titlist raced through the first two sets in just more than an hour, using his serve to dominate play. There were few long rallies in the match, with both men looking to dictate the action with their forehand.

Kokkinakis did not earn a break point, but he made things interesting by holding from 0/40 in the third set and pushing the set to a tie-break. At 4/4, Kokkinakis just missed a forehand down the line wide, which proved a fatal mistake. Kyrgios won the next two points on his serve to clinch his victory just two minutes short of midnight.

Kyrgios’ next opponent, Bonzi, outlasted fellow Frenchman Ugo Humbert 7-6(1), 6-1, 5-7, 3-6, 6-2. It was the World No. 50’s first main draw match at the US Open.

    Did You Know?
Kyrgios and Kokkinakis have enjoyed success as a doubles tandem this year, becoming known as the “Special Ks”. The friends won the Australian Open title together.

Galan Stuns Tsitsipas On 9th Match Point At US Open

Claim 100% up to $1,000 in Casino Bonuses on your first THREE deposits

Stefanos Tsitsipas appeared poised to escape a significant scare on Monday at the US Open, but qualifier Daniel Elahi Galan refused to let him slip from his grasp.

The Colombian earned the biggest win of his career inside Louis Armstrong Stadium, where he stunned the fourth seed 6-0, 6-1, 3-6, 7-5 behind 41 winners to reach the second round at Flushing Meadows. The World No. 94 converted his ninth match point after two hours and 48 minutes on his main draw debut at the season’s final major.

“He dominated the match,” Tsitsipas admitted. “I just couldn’t get into it.”

The 26-year-old, who did not lose a set in qualifying, won the first 11 games of the match against Tsitsipas with a stunning display of aggression. The Greek had his right forearm massaged several times, and it took until 54 minutes into the clash for him to win a game.

    [ATP APP]

But once Tsitsipas claimed that game, the momentum completely flipped. Although he was not at his flying best, it was proving enough against the Colombian, who began to spray errors around the court.

Tsitsipas won the third set and quickly moved ahead in the fourth. When that slipped away, however, he leaned on a refuse-to-lose attitude to stave off the first eight match points he faced, most of which were thanks to booming serves.

But after saving the eighth match point he faced with a backhand volley on the full stretch, he was unable to hold off Galan. The Colombian smiled to his box after a final Tsitsipas shot sailed long, and he will next play Australian Jordan Thompson, who rallied past Italian Lorenzo Sonego 2-6, 1-6, 6-2, 6-4, 6-4.

    [NEWSLETTER FORM]

Galan entered the match with an 0-6 record against Top 20 opponents, but he took the action to Tsitsipas on a windy opening evening. The four-time ATP Challenger Tour titlist took massive cuts at the ball to hit through the wind and put pressure on his opponent, who struggled to find much rhythm.

Galan reached the third round at Wimbledon and his confidence showed against Tsitsipas, especially under duress. The Colombian had the racquet taken out of his hand on most of his match points, but he quickly recovered from the disappointment each time with an impressive display of baseline power.

Tsitsipas has now lost in the first round of the US Open in two of his five appearances and has never advanced to the second week. He made 57 unforced errors compared to 28 winners in his defeat.

    Did You Know?
Tsitsipas began the fortnight as one of five players with a chance to leave New York at No. 1 in the Pepperstone ATP Rankings. He no longer has a chance.
